Time Frames to build our home?
Typically the size of the project determines the time to construct. Realistically, a "Custom" house less than 5,000 square feet requires 180 days. If the house is greater than 5,000 square feet it will require 270-360 days.
This is start to finish, including plans, design, permit and build, till move in.
Do you have an interior designer?
Yes, we have Lighting, Plumbing and Interior Designers whom provide assistance and advice with selections. From paint colors to tile designs; from bathroom fixtures to light fixtures; from flooring to ceilings; and everything else (including the kitchen sink): There are many exciting interior design choices for making your custom built home truly yours!
